A major drawback of mobile P2P is that the radio reduces battery life. The idea is to shutdown radio if a peer is idle, however, in a DHT a peer is always online. The goal of this thesis is to develop a protocol that tells other peers in which timeframe a peer can be contacted. An other aspect is to use relays to have the mobile device in a client-only mode.
