BioLANCC Interface Design

The major task of this thesis includes planning, implementing and testing BioLANCC interfaces for third party integration. The goal is to have a stable, well defined API, to support developers integrating BioLANCC in existing application landscapes. In a next step, adapt the existing code base according to your well defined interfaces. In addition to that a view for the distribution plan has to be implemented in the existing J2EE framework. This view shall have the same functionality the current distribution plan view and the implementation shall be implemented against a well defined interface.
