Handling of Privilege Requests in WebMaDa

WebMaDa is a Web-based front-end solution in the project SecureWSN allowing to access deployed sensor networks to view received data. In the background a fine-grained privilege management is in place supporting network owners to grant and revoke privileges to owned networks.

A very rudimental mailing solution is in place to request access to WebMaDa itself, but this is not yet able to support privileges requests for users wanting to view sensor data from foreign networks. The task of this Assignment will be to improve the existing mailing system itself performance-wise and design and implement a mailing solution to request privileges on foreign networks. The solution needs to use data out of the database (e.g., mapping owner name to owner's mail) and to update the data base accordingly, to be user-friendly, and needs to be integrated and tested in the current WebMaDa.
