10.11.2020CSG's Participation at CNSM's 2020, Fully On-line

Muriel Franco represented the Communication Systems Group CSG, Department of Informatics IfI at the University of Zurich UZH at the 16th International Conference on Network and Service Management (CNSM 2020) during November 2-6, 2020. The CNSM was run this year as an on-line event, due to the COVID-19 situation.

The work on "SecBot: a Business-Driven Conversational Agent for Cybersecurity Planning and Management" was presented during the Mini Conference 1 "Security and Privacy" on the last day of the conference. The work presented was developed to support Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) and non-expert users during their activities of planning and managing of cybersecurity. SecBot is designed to understand and extract in an AI-based manner symptoms and business risks from a conversation, recommend actions and suggest configurations for in-house protections.
