CSG is leading and managing the research network EmanicsLab. EmanicsLab is funded by the European Network of Excellence for the Management of Internet Technologies and Complex Services (EMANICS) in which CSG participates. EmanicsLab is based on myPLC, the backend management infrastructure of PlanetLab.
The network currently consists of 14 nodes at 7 sites across Europe.
EmanicsLab partners use the network for research activities in the area of
network and service management, including distributed flow collection and
analysis systems, distributed intrusion detection systems, and distributed
monitoring and accounting systems.

CSG's principle investigators (PI) are Prof. Dr. David Hausheer and Dr. Thomas Bocek.
CSG staff members and their students are eligible for an EmanicsLab
account. In order to apply for an account, you have to register
first.
